School Day Off Classes
Participants will be introduced to hand building techniques. Each day they will create a few pieces of pottery of their choosing. Choose 3 or more sessions and discount $10 per class. Students that return may have the opportunity to glaze their own projects. However, all kids will learn about glazing options, so no need to return, we will fire and glaze what they create.

Jelly Cat Inspired Workshop
This 2 day workshop is surely going to be a highlight for the kids.
We will make 2-4 sculptures in this 2 hour workshop. Come back the second day and glaze the creations. This work shop is best for kids 7+ however all ages welcome to join the fun. Come with your child or drop them off. Cost is per person.

Fall Leaf Print Home Decor Adult Workshop
In this 5 day workshop we will decorate with actual leaves from nature.
Kids Class,Tuesday, 4:30-6:00, Sep 8, 15, 22, 29, Oct 6, 13, 20, 27, 8 Weeks, $200
We will start with a cylinder that could be a mug or a vase or a jar. The leaf impressions will be added to the clay surface. The next class we will try to make a bowl on the wheel (or handbuild depending on ability). The next classes we will construct a napkin holder or desk organizer. Then finally make a butter dish or similar shaped container.

Kids in class will be introduced to a variety of techniques, skills, in hand building, wheel throwing and glazing. As kids improve their skills, they will be encouraged to explore and develop more independently. As usual all the classes will have opportunities on the wheel. Kids classes are 1.5 hour long.
*Are you are concerned about missing a class? Switching and making up classes are usually available. I should be able to accommodate missed sick days or conflicts with family/school plans. You must contact Ryan about switching days or making up missed classes.

Adult Clay Evenings Wednesdays
Clay Evenings is a pottery class for all levels. If you are looking for a class to learn all the basics of pottery, I will provide all the material and supplies, along with as much instruction as you need. Likewise you can use the space and time to explore and develop your skills independently. If you are interested in working on the wheel, there is clay for purchase. "New Wheel Clay is $1 a pound, absolutely no outside clay.)
3 classes for $90
With Registration:
-Enjoy 3 evenings in the studio, create hand-built one of a kind creations with all the instruction and support you will need. Students will have the option to use studio recycled clay or purchase new clay.
-Want to try the wheel? Purchase clay and you can spend the class working on the pottery wheel. Clay must be purchased from the studio, $1 a pound, purchased clay will include all the necessary tools, firings, glaze. You can reclaim your used wheel Clay or the studio will reclaim it for student use.
Sign up and come to any Wednesday you are available. It is preferred that the classes are used consecutively but can be used up to the end of the following month.

Birthday Parties, Scout Troops, Celebrate a special event at Bothwell Pottery. Parties last from one to two hours. Often we will work together to pick a theme or project. For example the Harry Potter inspired mandrake pots, Bobble heads, Mug with a soccer team name, player number or logo. All the projects are individually hand made by the participants.
Parties start at $100 event fee plus $20 a participant. Minimum 8 kids and max is around 12.

About me
My passion for Pottery started in 2014. While I have created with clay since high school, throwing on the pottery wheel fascinated me. Bothwell Pottery has long been a dream of mine. Offering handbuilding and wheel classes to artists young and old. Outside of art, I love fishing, skiing and travelling.
